HOW TO SHARE FROM THE EMAIL

Facebook and LinkedIn are the two major networks on which employees share content.

​

Besides Facebook and LinkedIn, you can also share to Twitter, Instagram, Xing, OK and VK from Sociuu mails. 

 

Bellow the videos illustrate how you share from the email to LinkedIn, Facebook and Instagram.

REMEMBER TO WHITELIST SOCIUU AS KNOWN SENDER

When employees receive the email, it will look like any other email unless you have not whitelisted the email sender.  Without whitelisting, the email images and texts are limited and you need to accept the sender and download images individually. With whitelisting, you ensure that the emails are presented as intended.

4 STEPS TO SUCCESSFULLY SHARE TO LINKEDIN

1. Click on the LinkedIn icon in the mail and you are redirected to LinkedIn. You can also share from the preview.

2. Just below the very large image you can choose two sharing options. Share in a post or Send as a private message. Choose Share in a post to publish on your wall and newsfeed.

 

3. Add an introduction text to the post or copy/paste the suggested text from the email. Add #tags and @tags to increase visibility. 

 

4. Click on the blue button in the right corner that says Post to publish. After publishing, you can view and edit a post (···).

4 STEPS TO SUCCESSFULLY SHARE TO FACEBOOK

1. Click on the Facebook icon in the mail and you are redirected to Facebook. You can also share from the preview.

2. Add an introductory text to the post or copy/paste the suggested text from the email. Add #tags and @tags to increase visibility. 

 

3. Choose your publication settings. You can tag people, add location and mood if you want to personalise a post even more. 

Choose how public your post is. We recommend choosing public to ensure the broadest reach possible. 

Share as news or story, we recommend to share in news feeds as stories disappear after 24 hours.
 

4. Click on the blue button Post to Facebook. After publishing, you can view and edit a post (···).

4 STEPS TO SUCCESSFULLY SHARE TO INSTAGRAM

1. Click on the Instagram icon in the mail and choose to open it in your standard web browser.  You may have to log in to Instagram in the web browser or open the post in the app.

2. Click on the paper plane icon           and press "Add Post to Your Story" or send as direct messages. Remember to add an introductory text or copy/ paste the suggested text from the email. 

 

3. Be creative! You can add filters, stickers, location, mood and even more to personalise your post. 

If you have a public account, adding @tags and #tags will increase your visibility. 
 

4. When you are ready to share, press the "Your story" button. If you want to share it in a message or with a close friends group, press the arrow button         and choose your sharing option. We recommend you to share your post in "your story". Keep in mind that the post expire after 24 hours.

Remember! It is possible to add you story to a highlight on your profile. Instagram highlights allow new and old followers view and interact with past stories, well after the 24 hours expire.

1. Click on the Facebook icon in the mail and you are redirected to Facebook. You can also share from the preview.

2. Add an introductory text. Have you added a suggested text, this will automatically be pasted in on the post. .. to the post or copy/paste the suggested text from the email. Add #tags and @tags to increase visibility. 

 

3. Choose your publication settings. You can tag people, add location and mood if you want to personalise a post even more.
