You can set the Frequency cap to day, week or month. Consider how many posts you would like to share with your own network. You can see your current frequency in your Dashboard
You can see how many emails each individual have received in the user list by the FC column.
Admins are not affected by the Frequency cap and N/B will be shown in the user list FC column
