You do not have to include Sociuu when resetting a password unless it is your own.
If it is your password that is lost, please email firstname.lastname@example.org or your direct contact person and ask for a reset.
You can reset other admins password directly from Sociuu
1. Go to Users in the menu
2. Find the admin who needs a new password
3. Send it and the admin will receive an email shortly. The reset password token is active for 24 hours. Otherwise, follow step 1-3 again.
