1. Add Content Source, Social Integration of Channels, Connect Brandwatch & Connect Emply

Every piece of content in Sociuu originates from a source, and setting up these sources correctly is the foundation of your Content Hub. Sources can be manually added, or connected through integrations with external platforms. For example, you can integrate your company’s LinkedIn or Facebook pages using Sociuu’s Social Integration, ensuring that posts published on your corporate channels are automatically pulled into the platform.

In addition to social media channels, Sociuu also integrates with Brandwatch and Emply. Connecting Brandwatch allows you to bring in content from campaigns and brand monitoring, while Emply ensures internal news and announcements can be distributed seamlessly through Sociuu. Each connection can be configured to deliver the right type of content, making it easier for admins to curate a relevant and balanced content library.

2. Tags

Tags are one of the most powerful tools for organizing and distributing content in Sociuu. They serve two main purposes. First, they help admins categorize content in a way that makes it easy to search, filter, and manage within the platform. This makes collaboration across admin teams smoother, since everyone can quickly identify the type or theme of a post.

Second, tags act as a visibility filter for employees. By attaching tags to usergroups, you can control what content is visible in each employee’s SociuuHub. For instance, if a usergroup called "sales" has been assigned the “Cases” tag on the usergroup level, all content labeled with that tag will automatically appear in their hub, and can be used as a quick filter for the user. This ensures that employees are not overloaded with irrelevant content and that their SociuuHub always reflects what’s most relevant to their role.

3. ContentHub Filter & Manage Posts

The ContentHub filter makes it easy to navigate and prepare content. Admins can filter posts by source, tag, or social network, and even check what specific usergroups are able to see. This ensures that content is reviewed in the right context before it is sent out.

Managing posts within the Content Hub also includes preparing content for distribution. Admins can review and edit content, add images, add suggested share text, and decide when and how the content should be available. This step ensures quality and consistency across all content distributed through Sociuu, while also allowing flexibility for tailoring messages to different usergroups.

4. Image Library

Not all content sources provide images or thumbnails, and that is where the Image Library comes in. The Image Library allows you to upload and manage images that can automatically be applied to posts missing a visual. This ensures that every piece of content looks professional and engaging, even when the original source doesn’t include media.

Admins can maintain a pool of approved images, or brand visuals in the library, so the system can draw from it when needed. This not only saves time but also guarantees brand consistency across all content shared through Sociuu.
