To whitelist an email address means, you add them to your approved sender list.
This tells the email client that you know this sender and trusts them, which will keep Sociuu emails at the top of your inbox and out of the junk folder.

Sociuu CDN (Content Delivery Network) is whitelisting of images.
This means that all attached assets (images, excel, pdf's, etc.) that you receive in Sociuu mails will be available in the emails without downloading first.
With image whitelisting, you are sure that the email is presented as intended.
