Customize the posts with image, headline, watermark and add suggested introduction text for inspiration

Explain the purpose with the share in the email. Customize sender and subject line. Add tags with tag management.

Select Users and User groups to ensure the content match the employees' interests

Choose your preferred sending options. Split, resend to non-openers, pulsing and schedule.

CREATE POST STEP BY STEP
To create a Regular post, Direct post or Video post, you have to go through 4 simple steps.
STEP 1 - CONTENT
1. Give your post a title - this is also the headline in the email
2. Insert the link to the post you want to create if you haven't selected one from the Content Hub. Edit the post by selecting image, headline, metatext, watermark and suggested text.
3. Select the networks that employees can share to

STEP 2 - THE EMAIL
1. Email Subject: Give your email a catchy subject line. This is shown when you open your inbox
2. Email Sender: Send the email with your name or on behalf of a colleague. This is a name not an email.
3. Email: write an email describing the purpose. You can include #-tags and @tags in this text. Remember to say who it is from - there is no auto signature in Sociuu.
4. Add tag management to your posts.

STEP 3 - USERS AND USER GROUPS
1. Find the user groups you want to send to. This is your mailing list. Tick off all or individual members of the groups.
Create groups before you create the post
2. Search for individual employees to include them as recipients.
All included users are listed and you can single-handedly remove them from the recipient list again.
3. If users are marked red, they have reached their frequency cap. You can overrule or change the frequency cap in site settings.

STEP 4 - CONFIRMATION AND SENDING OPTIONS
1. Confirm that all is perfect on one page. Go back on the arrows to make changes or corrections. It is autosaving all your changes and selections.
2. Select sending options:
- Random split of multiple posts
- Pulsing
3. Finish
- Send and published
- Schedule and select a time and date
- Preview before you go live.
