Welcome Email
A welcome email is a great tool to introduce Sociuu to your employees, and can work as an official way of inviting a newly added user to the employee advocacy program.
Creating a "Welcome Email"
First, navigate to the side menu panel, and open your "Settings" and then "Welcome Email".

By clicking the three action dots, you can manage and customize your Welcome Email.
You have five options available:

Preview
See how your current welcome email will look when sent to employees.

Edit
Write and fully customize the content of your welcome email.

Send preview email
Send a test version to your own inbox to experience the email exactly as recipients will.

Preview default
View Sociuu’s default welcome email template for inspiration or comparison.

Delete
Remove your custom welcome email and revert to having no active welcome email.

When editing your Welcome Email, you can fully customize every part of it to match your company’s tone and branding.

Subject line & preview text
Define the subject line and preview text that employees see in their inbox before opening the email.

Email body
The body is the main message of the welcome email, where you introduce employees to your Employee Advocacy program and welcome them onboard.
The built-in text editor gives you full flexibility to customize the email using colors, images, buttons, links, and more.
Once you’re done, simply click Save.
You can then return to Preview to see the final version exactly as your employees will receive it.

Sending the "Welcome Email"
When sending out the Welcome Email to your employees, you have a few different options.
You can send the email to individual users or in bulk.

Send to individual employee:

Navigate to User Management → All Users

Locate the employee you wish to contact

Click the three action dots next to the user

Select Send Welcome Email
The welcome email will then be sent directly to that individual employee.

If you want to send Welcome Emails in bulk, you have two options:

Send to a specific user group
Apply a user group filter to target only the users within that group.

Send to all users
Click Select all X users to include everyone you’ve uploaded to the platform.
Once users are selected, a blue selection bar appears at the top of the list, clearly showing the total number of selected users. This allows you to quickly confirm who will receive the Welcome Email before sending.

If you’re ever in doubt about who has received the Welcome Email — and who hasn’t — you can easily check this in User Management → All Users.
A dedicated column shows the delivery status for each user:

Green check mark → The Welcome Email has been sent

Red cross → The Welcome Email has not yet been sent
This gives you a quick and reliable overview, making it easy to follow up or resend the Welcome Email when needed.
