User Login
Sociuu supports two secure login methods: Magic Login and Microsoft Single Sign-On (SSO).
By default, all platforms use Magic Login — a simple, password-free login via email.
If you prefer, you can enable SSO in your platform’s general settings, where you can choose whether it should be the required login method or remain optional alongside Magic Login.
Magic Login
Magic Login is the way Sociuu provides secure, password-free access for all users. Instead of remembering and managing yet another password, users simply receive a one-time link by email, making login both simple and secure.
How it works:

A user goes to their SociuuHub URL. Example: www.YourSociuuDomain/sociuuhub

They enter the email address connected to their Sociuu user profile, which most likely is their work email.

The system sends them a Magic Login email with a personal link.

Clicking the link takes them directly into their SociuuHub — no password needed.

Accessing the SociuuHub with Magic Login
You can always access your SociuuHub by clicking the button included in every email you receive from the Sociuu platform.
For new users, the first time you’ll see this is usually in the Welcome Email. After that, you’ll continue to find the button in your regular content emails, where it is placed at the end of the email.
When you click the “Explore your SociuuHub” button, you’ll be directed to the login page for your personal content library.
Simply enter your work email address — the same one where you received your Welcome or Content Email. Then click “Send Magic Link” to receive your personal login link.
Once you have entered the email address and clicked on the "Send Magic Login" button, you will then receive a verification email to the entered email address, where you will confirm that this is your SociuuHub that you are trying to access.
This email is unique and the link within it will expire after 24 hours or after 2 clicks — whichever comes first.
And that's it! Once your login is confirmed, you’ll be redirected straight to your SociuuHub — your personal content library.
Your login session will remain active in your web browser for 14 days. After that, you’ll simply be asked to enter your email address again to verify your access.

Custom Login Settings
At Sociuu, we offer flexible login settings to fit your organization’s security and usability needs.

Default Settings
By default, the login (Magic Link) works as follows:

Link attempts: Each user has 2 attempts to use the Magic Link.

Active period: The Magic Link is valid for 24 hours. After this period, the link expires.

Session lifetime: Once logged in, the user’s browser session remains active for 14 days.
Customization Options
You can request adjustments to the following settings:

Number of link attempts – control how many times a Magic Link can be used.

Active period of the Magic Link – define how long the link remains valid in the email before having to request a new one (days or hours).

Session lifetime – define how long a user remains logged in within their web browser after accessing the SociuuHub.
Maximum Limits
The system allows the following upper limits:

Magic Link attempts: up to 255 clicks/attempts

Active period: up to 1 year
-
Session lifetime: up to 1 year

Microsoft Single Sign-On
Microsoft SSO is a login method that allows users to access the SociuuHub with the same credentials they already use for their Microsoft account (typically their work email and password connected to Microsoft 365/Azure AD).

For organizations, SSO brings several benefits:

Seamless login experience – users don’t need to manage new usernames or passwords.

Security – login is handled by Microsoft’s authentication, including multi-factor authentication if enabled.

Flexibility – SSO can be set as the only login method or offered as an alternative alongside Sociuu’s default Magic Login.
In short, Microsoft SSO makes logging into Sociuu faster, safer, and aligned with your company’s existing Microsoft security setup.
Accessing the SociuuHub with Microsoft Single Sign-On
By navigating to Settings → General, you’ll find the Authentication tab.
Here, you can enable Single Sign-On (SSO) for your users and manage how it’s applied. You can choose whether SSO should be mandatory for all users to log in to SociuuHub, or set it as an optional method that works alongside Magic Login in a hybrid setup.
The mandatory option will then remove the Magic Login entirely.
Whereas the optional hybrid option, leaves it up to the user to decide how they will login.
