CUSTOM EMAIL AND URL DOMAINS

Custom email, mail template and URL domains are for Sociuu’s customers who want their email, sender and display URL to ONLY show the company brand.

Custom email domain enables you to send your Sociuu emails through your own email domain.

With custom email template, you add your own logo, header and footer to the mail.

Custom URL is the URL displayed on employees’ social media posts shared via Sociuu.
All you have to do is choose a custom URL subdomain to your own main URL domain.
CUSTOM EMAIL
You can select an email that is your sender email. This is the email address that will be visible to employees when they receive a mail - see where the email is visible on the image.

1. Use an already existing email address
2. Create a new email that is unique to your Sociuu

3. Sends the email address to Sociuu and Sociuu creates all necessary credentials. You do not necessarily have to involve IT before implementation.

After implementation and whitelisting, you confirm with your Sociuu contact to make the final verifications.
CUSTOM DOMAIN IMPLEMENTATION PROCESS
We need three things from you:
1. Sociuu needs an email address from you. New or known that is up to you

2. Images or logos for the email template header and footer.
​
3. Choose a URL sub-domain that will be displayed on employees' shares on social media. You can not choose an active web domain.

4. Sociuu sends you credentials for your IT to implement.
5. After implementation and whitelisting of the email and URL, you return with certificates to Sociuu.
6. Sociuu confirms, validates and tests and you are good to go!
CUSTOM URL
You can select a URL that will be visible on all your posts. This is shown externally on all networks and is also working as you log in to your Sociuu.

Many Sociuu customers use e.g. news.company.com or visit.company.com
EMAIL TEMPLATE
With a custom mail template, you can add an image or logo in the header or footer.
If you add a banner image the recommended pixel size is 600width and 200-300high.
If you only want to add your logo, please let us know if you want it top or bottom, center, left or right.
